"Style is something each of us already has, all we need to do is find it."
-Diane von Furstenberg
It was a quiet weekend with Marc and Oxford, just how I like it! Ox seems to like it, too, judging by the smile on his face.
It was a casual Friday with lots of working from home and a few errands sprinkled in.
If I could get away with wearing some version of a casual white top and jeans every day, then I totally would. This is definitely my go-to "uniform".
I'm always torn between not wanting summer to end and desperately wanting all the fall clothes. Then I found this dress and decided I'm all in on fall.
Today Marc and I went on an adventure! We took a train all the way to the suburbs. Which, for New Yorkers definitely qualifies as an adventure.
This is definitely the summer of the humidity that just won't quit. And it's been really tough to find any fabrics that are light enough to not make you feel like you're melting.
There are few things I like more than the crisp contrast of black and white, and hats. I just love hats.
Today is a very important day. It's the first day of my dad's new aggressive chemotherapy treatment plan. And to support him we wear red.
After a week away in Minnesota today it's back to work and back to the grind. But I wanted to still have a taste of vacation, so this maxi dress does the trick.
#AboutLastNight... The adult "kids" (as in my brother and sister-in-law and Marc and me) left the grandkids with my parents and headed off to downtown Minneapolis for Date Night.
Another day, another zoo. But this one had llamas and I promptly decided to move in. Along with my totally extra zoo look!
